What to expect during the Retreat?
Each event is tailored but the information below will give you a flavour of what the weekend will be like.

Villas are only a short drive from beautiful beaches. You will have ample opportunity to spend some time taking in the natural peace and beauty that these beaches so generously provide.
Our meals are healthy, well balanced and can be tailored to your individual needs. Rest assured that the food has been carefully chosen, organic, local, home-grown where possible and prepared tastefully. We believe a healthy body is key to a healthy balanced outlook on life.

Have you ever heard of Kombucha? We love to make this healthy drink and we would love to teach you to make this at home. There will be plenty of home-made brews available for you to try throughout your stay!
What is a weekend without some shopping? Experience the local markets in Portuguese villages where we will all get the opportunity to buy some local produce to prepare and cook together.
